The chef Guillaume and his brigade propose traditional and refined cooking composed of fresh and local produce.
In our beautiful large dining room bathed in natural light, comfortably installed, you can choose from among one of our three menus which are declined between the soil and the sea ... between the fillet of roast lamb with the rhubarb juice and maple syrup and fillet of turbot with morel mushroom cream sauce and baby vegetables, for example.
In fine weather, all these lovely dishes can be savored on our terrace in the heart of our park.
